Let me tell you a bit about me:

For the past 30 years, I have worked in the travel industry for some incredible companies and amazing people, many of who have become close friends along the way. My mantra is and always will be to work hard and fuel my passion for travel!

I am lucky to have travelled extensively for work, dealing with many luxury hotels from the Indian Ocean, Asia Australasia, to Europe. I have partnered many Tourist Boards on familiarisation trips and training initiatives and also holidayed in some of the most delightful areas of the world with friends and family!

My favourite travel gems!

I always want to see as much as possible on my journeys and multi-centre itineraries, private self-drive or escorted guided tours are the perfect holidays for me. Check out a few of my travel trails below I love to craft tailor-made itineraries bespoke to my client's exact requirements and have a fully flexible approach!

MAURITIUS & DUBAI

For a special wedding anniversary, we spent 5 glorious nights in Mauritius, North of the Island at the Paul & Virginie, boutique-style hotel which is fabulous for a couples retreat, before going to Heritage Le Telfair, my absolute favourite resort in Mauritius with its amazing gourmet bliss concept and spectacular golf course and spa. I then journeyed to Dubai where we stayed a few nights in the city before going to the Emirates Al Maha wildlife reserve. Riding camels at sunset and watching birds of prey at sunrise is all included in a few days package at this exceptional concept resort. We were away for 18 days but we did so much it felt like a month!

AUSTRALIA

The first stop on our travels was to the beautiful Palm Cove in Cairns. We found this the ideal location to explore the Daintree Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef for 5 nights. Then we took a short flight down the coast to Brisbane, where we stayed in a high rise modern condominium for the next 7 days. We combined sightseeing with glorious fun in the surf and enjoyed relaxing family time on the beach. A further flight took us down to Bondi Beach in Sydney staying at a hotel for 3 nights. We had action-packed days including the steep climb up the Sydney Harbour Bridge and a visit to the world-famous Opera House! We flew with Japanese Airlines and took a night stopover in Osaka on our way home.

VIETNAM & CAMBODIA

We landed in Ho Chi Minh and stayed for 3 nights, before taking a trip up the Mekong river to see the iconic floating markets. We then flew to Hanoi for 2 nights, where we watched the memorable Water Puppet Show and took lessons in the art of Vietnam cooking lessons. The highlight was staying onboard a junk cruise out in Halong Bay and taking a dip in the crystal clear waters, which were ideal for snorkelling.

I added a 3-night beach stay in Da Nang, followed by an extension of 2 nights staying in Siem Reap in Cambodia!

CALIFORNIA

We began our fly-drive holiday in Los Angeles, staying 5 nights near Anaheim. From here we visited the Griffith Observatory, taking an amazing drive up steep mountainous roads to reach this lesser-known tourist attraction. We included a day riding the roller coasters at Six Flags Theme Park; these rides are not for the faint-hearted! We departed for Las Vegas, driving across the sweltering Mojave desert and stayed at Circus Circus hotel for 4 nights. We enjoyed the entertainment along the Las Vegas Strip and a visit to the Hoover Dam.

Finally, we headed south to the beaches of San Diego for a week; it was the ideal spot to explore the aerial tram at Palm Springs and visit the famous San Diego Zoo.

SINGAPORE & BINTAN

Only last year we travelled to Singapore, the main objective was to watch the Singapore Grand Prix and incorporate a short stay in this fabulous city. We stayed at the Hotel Jen in the modern shopping heart of Singapore and travelled around using the MRT (Singapore's underground system), which was a simple and efficient way to sightsee. A highlight was the Singapore Botanic Gardens with its eye-catching display of orchids. We loved eating the Satay Chicken from the street vendors in the evenings and was surprised how much the city had to offer.

We then took a ferry to Bintan Island, along with our golf clubs to stay at The Banyan Tree Spa Resort, a luxury top-end hotel. The brand strives to provide an eco-friendly stay which I like to support. The restaurants offered a superb choice with top quality meats and fruits, with attentive waiters to enhance your experience. We played daily at the picturesque golf course adjacent to the hotel, encountering monkeys and giant Komodo dragons along the fairways!

The day of our departure meant time to kill in Singapore airport; this was an excursion in itself as the shopping centre held an array of waterfalls, fascinating see-through floors on the inland bridges, monorail and light displays.
