Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive in Winnipeg
After landing at Toronto International Airport you will head straight for your internal flight to Winnipeg. Transfer independently to the hotel. You will meet your Frontiers North Adventures Interpretive Guide for an orientation brief in the evening.
Day 2 Winnipeg - Churchill
You will depart Winnipeg Airport on an early flight to the remote town of Churchill. After you have arrived and been transferred to your hotel, you may enjoy a Churchill Town and Area Tour. Overnight stay in Churchill.
Day 3 - 4 Churchill
Today you board the iconic Tundra Buggy – a specially constructed vehicle with giant wheels, that can travel across the frozen plains to the domain of the local polar bears. You will spend an incredible day observing polar bears and other unique arctic wildlife. Overnight stay in Churchill.
Begin Day 4 with a dog sledding excursion followed by a visit to the Itsanitaq Museum!
Day 5 Churchill - Winnipeg
On your last day in Churchill, you will enjoy the thrill of the Tundra, then late afternoon you will be transferred to the Churchill airport for your flight to Winnipeg. Overnight stay in Winnipeg.
Day 6 - 7 Winnipeg - Toronto
Leaving Manitoba behind, you will take the short flight over to Toronto. Please ask us if you would like to include any excursions in Toronto for your last day. Overnight stay in Toronto.
Day 8 Fly from Toronto
Return home to the UK.
